I find it very difficult to motivate myself to become more active. The only reason I did participate in some physical activity was to lose some weight. The past years I started several times with fitness and I stopped as often. After a fanatic start, every time I declined in my old inactive self.
Since a couple of months now, I started again, but now with a new strategy: the Pam! The device and the coach motivate me and even challenge me to improve my scores. Even the members at the fitness center like the concept. Everyone wants to know how much points I scored. It's all about motivation, whether I walk the dog an extra time or go to the fitness center. Pam really helps. If I have a low score, than I'm extra motivated to do my very best at the fitness center. And the good thing is that the pounds are vanishing! |
