I thought I was already an active guy with my weekly fitness hour. It was disappointing to find out I wasn't. Pam is inexorable. On the average I only scored about 20 points, and that's too low for me. Now I try to take any opportunity to increase my points: take the stairs, a short stroll during lunch break and I take the printer at the end of the corridor. I bike to work and it doesn't even cost my much more time. My score have increases to 35 points now. What surprises me is that I already feel fitter than ever, since I am more active.
