While I wonder how to improve my score this week, I realize that that's exactly what the little Pam device does to you. It challenges you to improve on your scores all the time. You automatically start thinking like 'I don't take this for granted' and 'I'll show them!'. The good thing is that my score really does improve during the week. From 25 to 28, 32 and finally it's 39 now. At the end of every day I check whether I can be satisfied with my score. If not, I take my bike for a short tour. It's a sport to improve and improve. It's fun! So if you ask whether it really is motivating, then the answer is 'Yes, it sure does!'. |
