Can I use Pam during swimming?

I have the impression that the Pam Score increases during driving my car.
Pam has a filter built in that reduces vibrations generated by a car. However, when the Pam is firmly hold by the safety belt, the car’s vibrations are transmitted very effectively to the Pam, making it very difficult for the filter to surpress. When driving, take care the Pam does not have direct contact to the car’s vibrations. [Back to top]

Are you pregnant?
When you are pregnant, exercise is certainly good for you, especially if you did before your pregnancy. However, listen to your body and take it easy. Limit yourself to activities such as walking and bicycling. Of course, losing weight is out of the question. Please keep in mind that the Pam Coach can not see that you are pregnant, so ignore the goal that the Pam Coach generated. You can set your own goals. Can I connect the docking station to a USB port?
No, you can not. If you do not have a COM port (some new notebooks don’t), we advise you purchase a USB-to-serial adapter from Sitecom: CN-116. This product simulates a virtual COM port. The installation is straightforward and well-documented. [Back to top]

I cannot connect to the Pam server
Sometimes during registration the problem occurs that no connection can be obtained with the Pam server, accompanied by error messages like "Could not synchronise" or "Cannot find server". This is in almost all cases related to a firewall protecting your PC. If you are not aware of having a firewall, your system manager might be able to help you out. You could also have the default firewall of Windows XP. In this case, after disconnecting, first turn the firewall off and then on again.
In case you have another software or hardware firewall: make sure that the firewall is allowed to pass through the program pam.exe.
